Bicycle, LLC operates the Bicycle public website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we use it, and the choices available to visitors.

We collect limited information in three ways:

1. Information you provide. If you contact us or request a meeting, we may receive your name, work email address, organization, message, and any other information you choose to provide.
2. Technical information. Our hosting and security systems may record information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, pages requested, and error or security events.
3. Analytics information. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics may collect information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, browser and device information, interactions, and session information. Google Analytics uses first-party identifiers to distinguish browsers and sessions.

We use information to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, schedule or prepare for conversations, maintain business records, understand site usage when analytics consent is provided, improve the site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information collected through this site or use it to build advertising audiences.

We use service providers that help us host, secure, and understand use of the site and, where applicable, process a request you make. Google provides Google Analytics and processes analytics information only when you consent to analytics cookies. Google's handling of that information is also governed by its own privacy terms.

If you choose the meeting-scheduling link, you leave this site and interact directly with HubSpot. HubSpot's privacy notice governs information collected on its service.

The site may also link to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. You may accept or reject analytics cookies and may later change your choice through the site's cookie preferences. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the site. The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

We may update this Policy when the site or our practices change. We will post the revised Policy here and update its effective date.
